Hi all,
Given the massive change in the way things are done with the mailing list, I
thought I'd put some time into a FAQ.
Please send your comments, as *you* are the mailing list! :) This covers
more than just subbing, etc. There's also a bit of 'netiquette' in there as
well.

It's in a temporary spot, and will go into the FAQ-O-Matic when everyone's
happy with it (and when I'm convinced the FAQ-O-Matic is better than the ol'
fashioned way of writing a FAQ!)
