This looks pretty good to me. Good job all! :-) One idea:

It'd be nice to set a standard for replying to list/replying to sender -
eg should people reply to just the list, just to individual sender, or
both (the last often seems to happen). I know this has been discussed
before, but I don't think any strong conclusion was reached. IMHO most
replies should go just to the list, unless the sender requests it sent
just to them or it's obviously getting OT or something. Only situation I
think it makes sense to send to both would be if the original sender
isn't subscribed to the list. And it's not exactly hard to change the
To: or CC: fields. Maybe something like this could be mentioned in the
FAQ, might cut down some duplicate mail. Unless anybody has a good
reason for always sending to both sender and list...

Oh and applause for not obfuscating the RTFM definition, as so many FAQs
do. :-)
