Oh, I know it works - that was my point. I've been using it on "Unix" for
12 months - but the minute they see a support request from someone who
says "Unix" in the command line, they pass the buck by saying "We don't
support Unix, go away".
FWIW, at the time of my complaint, I was actually using IE under NT 4.0.

That was the nature of my complaint - every time I go to use the damn
"service" lately I get "Service unavailable - please try again later" at
least once per logon - usually several dozen times. On the day I
complained, I couldn't even get past the logon screen - forget doing any
banking.
With the profits they're making, you'd think they could stick a decent
enough backend on the damn thing to make it work properly. Betcha they're
using WindoZe and IIS.
