Hi all, Just wondering if there are any ISDN under Linux experts out there. I am trying to get ISDN running on my gateway using a NetJet ISDN Card and am having a few problems that I am unable to find any (english) documentation for. Some Details: ISDN Card: NetJet PCI ISDN Card (HiSAX Driver) ISP: The big sticky wet spot ENCAP: syncppp The ISDN connection is starting, dialling, authenticating successfully (PAP) and everything seems to be there. An ifconfig shows the ippp0 device with the local and remote IP addresses. The routing table shows a default route through the ippp0 device. ipppd is running. ppp logs show LCP pings happening between the ISDN subsystem and the remote server - so the connection is definitely there. And despite all that, a ping of the remote servers IP - 100% packet loss. a ping of the local servers IP - 100% packet loss. a tcpdump (while sending data) shows no traffic except the LCP bits. So the interface is there and is visible. The connection is there and is up. The authentication has completed successfully. No traffic is being routed. I have also tried the system with an ISDN dialup at work with the same results. Any ideas on where I should look next ? Cheers Jason. --- Jason Ball Electronic Commerce Specialist Corporate Express Australia Ltd Phone: +61 2 9335 0374 Fax: +61 2 9335 0753 Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ More Info: http://slug.org.au/lists/listinfo/slug
