Its an HPT370 chipset, and two "default" kernels I have tried have
detected it. SuSE 6.4 Evaluation edition installation kernel detects it
as an HPT330, and the mobo came with it's own Linux distro, Gentus
Linux, which is based on RedHat and that fully detected the chipset too.
The chipset is an Ultra ATA/66 controller; and though I don't have any ATA/66
drives, so I haven't fully tested it, from what I gather it does work.
Once I have this machine fully set up and to my liking, I'll report back
on how good the drivers are.
