Easiest way is just to use Vodafone for the lot. I forget the number, but
a websearch will find it for you. They allow sending of messages to all
3 networks for the cost of the call (it's a mobile number, but given the

There are dozens of programs out there to send TAP (aka PET) messages,
including ones which do web->sms/pager and email->sms/pager, etc.
Telstra also have a TAP number, but I don't think vodafone do.
