This happened to me too.. very annoying having to wait for your own money!
I have seen the BSOD on:
Elevator control panels
Automatic fire extinguisher systems
and an Counter-Artillery Battery system for the US army.
"Uh, Sir.. the 'puters showin' that blue screen again."
"Don' worry son, Fire away.. worst thing we can hit it anuddah damn UN convoy!"
