Suggestion: advise your client that HTML 4.0 (casc. style sheets) is in
its infancy and will not work consistently across different browsers and
platforms ... so give up on that wish. Better to advise the webmaster
of sites that cause trouble to back off on such frills.
Netscrape is fine with table elements.
Netscrape is crap w.r.t. style sheets.
IE 5.0+ does better with style sheets .... but YMMV.
