Netscape is the rebirth of Beelzebub himself with stylesheets affecting
table elements.

IE does just about everything right. There are some obvious bugs, but for
most uses of CSS, it's fine. That's the thing - right now, if you want a
'funky looking' site, or one with a reasonably consistent UI, CSS is pretty
much out of the question.

Bring on the tables and font tags.
