Are you looking for a site to which you can backup?

If not, and you already have a site to use as a target then you could use
rsync to transfer only those parts of files which have changed. It saves
a lot of traffic and can be easily cron'd. I do it internally over a
network, where I rsync from one machine to another prior to taking the
target off to tape.
