Thanks for that. One slightly dumb q though :)
As far as I can tell, security.debian.org only contains unstable/non-US.
 and libc is part of unstable/us stuff (hope my terminology is OK :)
Is there somewhere else I should be looking? I'm perusing 
ftp://security.debian.org/debian-non-US/
