I have been thinking of setting up SMS though dial up
for some time, but it seems telstra has discontinued the old dial up
service.
Do you have to have an agreement with them these days (like their customer
service operators keep saying)?
Simply I want to know which ways of sending SMS messages work in Australia
and though which providers (prerferably direct to the telcos)
