Mailman is one that uses it. Definitely in version 2.0 (which is in late
beta currently) and I can't remember if it's in the 1.x releases or not.
These headers are starting to be seen more and more lately as Mailman
makes a play for the "mailing list manager of choice" title. :-)

It certainly isn't appearing in mutt as I have it set up presently --
which is something pretty close to default configuration as far as
displaying messages goes.
