No it isn't otherwise it'd be on the SLUG mailing list as well. I think
it was in beta 6 or RC1 Mailman.

All MLA (Mail List Agents) will have them shortly. Majordomo and ezmlm
have had them for a while.

You are probably ignoring the List-* headers -- as Mutt does not do
anything useful with these headers at the moment.

Only Pine and Eudora do ATM.
