Yes and xdvi of the file.dvi is okay as well.

Sorry (brain on vacation), I should have said that dvilj and dvilj4 spew
a whole pile of errors about beams, i.e these progs are ejecting the
joins. So I guess the question is is this a limitation of the programs?
or is a better version available. Is anyone else using Lilypond sending
the paper output to a HP PCL printer successfully?
