'Cos then they'll put their *entire* key as the signature! You HAVE to be
SECURE with this stuff, being LAWYERS and all... Make it 16kb, BIGGER even!
The world must know your key... NOW!
(And employees won't be allowed to send encrypted personal email, of
course.)
