There was a comment before this and to make it clearer. DHCP has a mode
where you map a specific MAC address to a specific IP address this
allows DHCP to be used but the IP's to be consistent. UTS has it set up
this way, the IP is the same whether you boot 95, NT, or some other
incarnation.
