Evening/Morning all.
Just wondering a couple of questions
1) What do you look for in support from your
ISP?
2) Would you prefer a .rpm/.deb file that installs
the settings for you or do you prefer a list of connection details?
3) If you called the helpdesk would you be willing
to sometimes wait to talk to a technician who actually knows their way arround
linux if you are having a problem on you're end?
Just wondering. All feedback (public or private)
would be appreciated. Would like to take this to my boss and say "Hey their is a
linux community to support" because most of our linux users are cluefull enough
to be able to do it themselves.
Regards
Edward Murphy
