Hi Everyone,

We've recently changed ISPs and now have a LAN connection to the ISP in the same
building. However performance of internet access speeds vary greatly and quite often
are poorer than with the old ISDN connection. Network-wise not a lot has changed. The
internet connection is all handled via a Debian box running squid. The ISP blankly
point the finger at our network, but I'm actually trying to find the cause. I am
wondering whether or not squid is now choking our connection rather than helping, or
should I be looking elsewhere? The linux box isn't the greatest spec machine in the
world (far from it in fact) but it did the job before. What should I be looking at to
determine if the box is struggling or something else is the cause?

Thanks,
