Jon,
I've reset the bios to an active screen so that there is no need for a
<ctrl><alt><F4>. So when the Dell is dock it should boot and display to
the external monitor. It does the normal boot display to the external
monitor but when it goes to the login display the Dell goes back to the
LCD screen.
