Just hoping somebody might know of other software that works with it, or

X400 isnt your problem.
As i understand X400 is really just an addressing protocol.
Its more a situation of decoding the EDIFACT messages that it sends around
the place say to send a purchase order direct into the remote acct system or
invoice etc.
There is tons of links to EDIFACT and EDI information just search on google.
The client I had to deal with used the ANSI standard forgotten the details,
but the Woolworths site has heaps of information including spec sheets etc
on what the messages mean and what they are etc.
If you wanted to do it yourself it really isnt worth it :(
go look it up on the woolies site you will soon be scared im sure :)
