Had a look at Kinkos website recently? Just such a service is
there.
Snap come pretty close, too. I had a full colour PDF printed
onto overhead slides at the Edward St (Brisbane) shop last week.
I e-mailed it to them. (After discovering at the last minute
that the conference that I was speaking at didn't have a data
projector lined up.)
