Installed base from CD-Rom [which you obviously won't be able to do], and

The easiest way to do an install from downloads is via floppy disk
boot/root/driver set, and base from local media.

You'll need to install base, ppp and pppoe first then - download them to
local media, and do an install from that.  Once you've done that much, set
up pppoe, and do the rest of the install via dselect/apt :)
