thanks ppl for the framerate suggestions i have installed agp support
and everything seems to be a bit nicer.. but there does seem to be a
problem.
as the problem is graphical i cant really explain it so i have got a few
screensots on my site.

the shots are of q3a demo sorry about the console but i dont know the
shortcut ;-)
the pics are in 100% quality so all the distorts u see r real.

nvidia drivers .9-5
glx drivers .9-5
i have tried at a varity of sizes bit depths etc nothing diffrent
bzflag is NOT affected at all so mesa sees to be fine (i think)
tuxracer is seriously affected.
bhole (a black hole sim from some link in slashdot) uses opengl
and shows no problem.
i hope this all makes sense
