Thats not encouraged. This means that you are actually sharing even the etc
directories. The root fs of the diskless should be completely seperate.

Have you have a file like /tftpboot/<hostname>/sbin/init? If so, I think that you need
to recreate the ld.so cache by doing ldocnfig -r /tftpboot/<hostname>.
