Oh, forget Telstra and their idiotic bad timing...
I've had a client who's required something chunkier and cheaper than
multilink for a while now, and installing cable was out of the question due
to the building. Telstra bluntly refused to give dates as to when the
exchange would be upgraded, but did offer to notify me as soon as it was
done. Did they? Nooooo...
Guess who did, and guess who's getting a *lot* of business (at least 5
customers in recent weeks) because of their continual good service?

getting closer to the topic), they don't fear the penguin.
