Pacific were quick and helpful in our setup.
Its like anything there will always be people for and against. Just because
you don't like soemthing doesn't mean it is no good for someone else.

I am sure on the contract they said that it would take up to 5 weeks to
connect you. I know they either told me that or it was on the contract.

You are a bit vague about the time frame. a month or two......????
When did you return your signed contract to them???
Who is your contact there?
