Not quite what you're asking but similar. This is what I have on my
laptop:

/data/isos/debian/2.2_r2/binary-i386-1.iso
                        655472    655472         0 100% /mnt/debian/1
/data/isos/debian/2.2_r2/binary-i386-2.iso
                        658456    658456         0 100% /mnt/debian/2
/data/isos/debian/2.2_r2/binary-i386-3.iso
                        565890    565890         0 100% /mnt/debian/3

deb file:/mnt/debian/1 stable main contrib
deb file:/mnt/debian/2 stable main contrib
deb file:/mnt/debian/3 stable main contrib

It's been working fine so far...
