There is also a need for patience, as you talk to people to clueless to
use a computer (not to bad but kinda boring) and people who know enough to
break things, not how to fix them, and then want to yell at you when they
ignore your advice break it some mroe and it still doesn't work (Will
eventually drive you to an american style office massacre;)
