Thanks John.
Discussed it with Pacific.net.au and they have port 22 (ssh) denied on
there incoming firewall/switch. So, I have closed the account and
have taken an account out with zip.com.au (which I have used reliably for
the last seven years or so). Only problem is the #hours monthly limit
is less (50 verses unlimited) for the same dollars.. bummer. But if the
remote daughter wants online and immediate help that the $ she'll
have to pay. Dads' already providing free 24/7 tech support ;-))
