RTF is no longer supported by M$. I have seen for myself on their web
pages that it is in "maintainence mode".
They are moving to an XML format for word document exchange. You could
add here PostScript but why not just leave out the bits in brackets?

Change to:

be purchased or installed.

You must be more specific here. This itself is meaningless.
Something like: Security must be appropriate for the information being
transfered and must be implemented in using open standards that allow
scrutiny and peer review.

What in Megabytes?
The application shall inform the user of all the information that is
collected, who will have access to the information and how this
information will be used.
ie a typical privacy statement should be included.
