Absolutely -> there is a very good reason for not having static IPs on an
ADSL service. If I had a whiteboard, this might be easier:

   ISDN
   ----
   Installation: $BigBread
   Hardware: $DoleOutTheDosh
   Call costs: $PrettyPenny
   ISP Service: $HeavyDough
   Tech Support: $HipPocket
   Speed: Shite

   ADSL
   ----
   Installation: Plug 'er in.
   Hardware: Cheap Plastic Box
Call costs: Boss, can we charge for this?
ISP Service: Cheaper in bulk for carrier
Tech Support: Is your modem on, sir? Is your computer on, Madam?
Speed: Crankenhausen (if the carrier can actually keep their network up)

So shut up and be happy, consumer. "Making it easier."
