What are you planning to do with the mail?  Do you want it stored on the
local machine (for processing/pop delivery) or forwarded on to another
host?

The RH virtual user system is primarily for setting up virtual POP
machines for different domains - it doesn't really do proper virtual
users.  

Cyrus would be a good choice as its user management system is independent 
from the underlying unix accounts.

There are certainly ways to do this - but it depends on what you want to
do with the mail.
