Yes.  You can simply deliver all mail for the virtual domain to a
single mailbox, or have multiple mailboxes.  The problem with dumping
all mail into a single mailbox is that recipient info is lost (the
envelope determines the recipient, not the `From:' or `To:' headers),
but that can be worked around with procmail.  If you deliver to
multiple mailboxes, then you'll need a pop3 server that understands
virtual hosting.
