This is slightly off-topic but people here probably know the answer.
I just received an email *from* my ISP address   [EMAIL PROTECTED] and 
addressed *to* the same address. See below:

From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Subject: I will help you earn your college degree. Time:10:48:57 AM
Date: Thu, 10 Aug 2000 10:48:57
X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 5.00.2919.6700



The reply-to address seems to be in Czechoslovakia (cz)? It is really SPAM, 
advert for a roll your own degree in Hawaii. What concerns me is that the 
email appears to come from me.
Is this an issue I should bring to the attention of the ISP (Optusnet)?
