that 3.0X 66MHZ as meaning in that it only *runs* at 200mhz

the PR stuff is just marketing hype because it performs the same as a
Pentium 233 (but that's clocked at 233mhz)


It's like the athlon and P4 these days.



so leave the multiplier at 3 and it will work fine. And set the voltage to
2.9v
