3.0 multiplier on a 66 mhz core speed.

3 x 66 mhz is 200 mhz, give or take.

That's because it's actually a 200, not a 233. The claim was it was the
equivalent of a P233 because it worked better. A somewhat dubious claim,
but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Set your motherboard for a 200 Mhz Cyrix chip, and see how you go.
