US Population: 2.85*10^8
Aus Population: 1.93*10^7
(1.93*10^7)/(2.85*10^8) = 0.068 = 6.8%
6.8% > 2%
On the other hand, our political clout on the world arena is
definitely less than 2% that of the US..
