That logic explains higher installation and monthly charges, it does _not_
explain higher data charges - especially when you consider that new
technology has made the same data path {I.E. pair of fiber} approximately
80 times more efficient at carrying data than when it was installed with
minimal to low infrastructure upgrade costs.
