Windows can't do this reliably anyway. The only way to really get screenshots is to use a seperate application. Paint Shop Pro, for example, includes excellent screenshot features. You have to save to an intermediate file though.
If you use the Print Screen key for screenshots, it works some of the time and ignores it some of the time.
