You might try the converter in staroffice. It seems to be able to read in the HTML OK and the rtf that it puts out seems to be readable by Word. The only problems might be font-related, ie if you specify a font that Word doesn't have, I'm not sure what it will default to. I can't remember if staroffice can read .tex files directly but it's worth a try.
