You should use CD-R next time as it's readable by basically any CD reader. A
CD-RW is made of a chemical that can be made to asorb the light resulting in
what would be acheived by a pit in a coneventional CD. This is what makes it
rewritable as the chemical can be changed back, hence the problem with most
cd readers.
