On a related note, I have a CD reader* which will happily
read CD-RW but will not read a multi-session CD-R until
the CD has been finalised (and no more writes are possible).
To be more precise, it will (not-surprisingly) only read
CD-RWs that have been finalised, but this is less of an
issue thanks to the W.
