yep me too (of course pathetic customer service is another issue). Also the AMP credit union (www.ampcu.com.au) works fine on all browsers I've tried. I went to that screen you described too John and got the same problem you described, click unsupported link and get nothing (with netscape 4.78). Write and complain and threaten to switch to another bank that doesn't discriminate and isn't quite so stupid.
