Just my humble opinion but I would be quite upset if I was sitting next to
someone paying 10% of what I paid. And I'm a full-time worker doing UNI
part-time (  :), 10%  ).

Point is I think it's a catch 22. I would do them for 10%, allthough as I
said above some may very upset with the gap.
