The Mfilter package I'm working on, and the subject of this months SLUG talk, can *block* viruses and notify senders. It could also be modified to notify the receiver but it's been a policy decision not to *alter* messages. It uses a 3rd party scanner of your chosing. The downside is we haven't yet come accross a decent virus scanner that doesen't have some sort of per mailbox licensing. At LinuxHelp we sell Kapersky's AVP product which seems to be good value. There's some up-n-coming open source scanners but they're not real good yet. -- ---<GRiP>--- Web: www.arcadia.au.com/gripz Phone/fax: 02 4950 1194 Mobile: 0408 686 201 -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ More Info: http://lists.slug.org.au/listinfo/slug
