copy w2k i386 dir to d:
then download phatlinux through a browser.
copy and run from d:
then through this trash the XP partition.
overwrite the MBR with lilo or gag.
use dd to copy a w2k image onto c:partition

I don't know... something like this

You should be able to get a dos prompt by running command.com.
