AUD$225 currently. (Outlook 2002, from ht.com.au).
So let's compare:
Microsoft Office Pro AUD$1129
- Excel
- Word
- Outlook
- Powerpoint
- Access
StarOffice AUD$188 (USD$100) [*]
- Calc
- Writer
- Impress
- DataThings?
Ximian Evolution AUD$130 (USD$69)
- with Connecter

Since the price compares favourably it is a matter of finding out what,
if any, other programs people use. Personally I don't see this being used
for general desktops (yet) but mainly for Line of Business (fixed application
set) places.
