How about a post of commands that you have taken time to study on the list. The small ones get collected into a single presentation, larger ones are a presentation on their own. Comments can be passed on list before the actual talk for 'quiet up the back' people. Is what you are suggesting: we start newbie 6-6:30, Q&A 6:30 to 7:00.
