Here here! I'm running an Icecast server 24/7 which does ogg streams. You do have to use the CVS build though for ogg but it works a charm. Unfortunately ogg takes 5-10x CPU to encode than MP3, but if you value your cycles, it does mp3 too. xmms includes the ogg decoder in the latest versions, as does the latest winamp.
