Here here! I'm running an Icecast server 24/7 which does ogg
streams. You do have to use the CVS build though for ogg but it
works a charm.
Unfortunately ogg takes 5-10x CPU to encode than MP3, but if you
value your cycles, it does mp3 too.

xmms includes the ogg decoder in the latest versions, as does the
latest winamp. For mac, I dont know...
